Bush is losing the Bushies

you might need a HISTORY CHECK ther Gunny.... perhaps a refreshment of Andrew Johnson's Impeachment is in order?

One of their article of impeachments on Johnson was precisely what you said COULD NOT BE DONE.... they admonished him for not respecting congress, for not adhearing to laws that congress inacted, and for not being mindful of the constitution for which he took oath to do...

grasping for straws Care?

Yes

Try reading what Dems said about WMD's way back since 1998

I have. no expressions of absolute certainty there.

and no use of those statements to mislead the public into supporting an invasion and no use of that support for an invasion to go ahead and start a war.

"In the four years since the inspectors left, intelligence reports show that Saddam Hussein has worked to rebuild his chemical and biological weapons stock, his missile delivery capability, and his nuclear program. He has also given aid, comfort, and sanctuary to terrorists, including Al Qaeda members, though there is apparently no evidence of his involvement in the terrible events of September 11, 2001. It is clear, however, that if left unchecked, Saddam Hussein will continue to increase his capacity to wage biological and chemical warfare, and will keep trying to develop nuclear weapons. Should he succeed in that endeavor, he could alter the political and security landscape of the Middle East, which as we know all too well affects American security." -- Hillary Clinton, October 10, 2002

"I am absolutely convinced that there are weapons...I saw evidence back in 1998 when we would see the inspectors being barred from gaining entry into a warehouse for three hours with trucks rolling up and then moving those trucks out." -- Clinton's Secretary of Defense William Cohen in April of 2003

"Iraq is not the only nation in the world to possess weapons of mass destruction, but it is the only nation with a leader who has used them against his own people." -- Tom Daschle in 1998

"Saddam Hussein's regime represents a grave threat to America and our allies, including our vital ally, Israel. For more than two decades, Saddam Hussein has sought weapons of mass destruction through every available means. We know that he has chemical and biological weapons. He has already used them against his neighbors and his own people, and is trying to build more. We know that he is doing everything he can to build nuclear weapons, and we know that each day he gets closer to achieving that goal." -- John Edwards, Oct 10, 2002

still no absolute certainty...and still no democrats ordering the commencement of a war. try again...and concentrate on that ordering the commencement of the war part.

I won't.

You got anything of substance to add to this thread about the fact that Bush is losing members of his own party?

So the "moderates" are running scared - is that something new?

So far the Dems have offered nothing other then their surrender bill

and their poll numbers reflect the displeasure of the voters

you are THE ONE confusing straws WITH ACTUAL FACTS....!!!!!!

Andrew Johnson, article 10 of his impeachment was for disrespecting congress and bad mouthing them....

Then every politican on Capital Hill would be impeached

You are grasping Care

poll numbers showed the american people strongly behind the democrat's funding bill with deadlines.

sucks to be a bushie today.

Keep living in your dream world

Voters do not want to surrender to the terrorists - Dems might want to listen to them

dream world? solid polling by the wall street journal shows the public supports the democrat's funding bill that included withdrawal deadlines.

we all know who is living in the dream world.

lol

Then why are the Dems not cutting off funding for the war if the voters are behind them?
