Having gone 240 in a quarter mile 40 odd years ago was certainly a RUSH......BUT THAT ONLY LASTED 8 SECONDS...To go 300+ and take 2 minutes to get there would be even a greater RUSH!

Wow. That is impressive. The Veyron is my favorite car but I never thought any Bugatti would break 300mph! That is the domain of a top fuel dragster! And the thing is steadier at that speed than many family vehicles going 60. All it took was using up a $20,000 set of tires. Fastest I ever went myself was 165 on a local state highway.

Hats off to Bugatti.

I had the pleasure of once owning a Black 1994 Toyota Supra TT 6-speed that I bought in 98 for $24,500 with only 26,000 miles on it. I went 150+, but the most inciting thing was doing it at 1am on a trip Georgia. Made it from New Orleans to the Georgia line in 4 hours and 45 mins and stopped at Wendy’s and picked up a #2. Best trip of my life. My same car is bring over $100,000 these days and yes I mentally torcher myself everyday for trading it in on a SL500. Smh

7 1/2 hr drive for normal people
