Again..an injuction was issued against these jokers that bar them from carrying batons to polling stations. And the KKK can show up to polling stations just as any other group can..so long as they don't stop anyone from voting or engage in electioneering.
So you are saying that the KKK would be voter intimidation? Good
I see baton carrying black panther thugs as voter intimidation as well.
Um..
Again..the KKK are "limited" in doing anything. If they should up to polling places in white sheets..they can probably expect the same treatment..soup to nuts.
Once it was established someone had a problem with this idiots..they were escorted from the area, and an injuction was issued against them, barring them from carrying batons to polling areas. However, there were no complaints about voter intimidation from anyone voting in those stations.
So..what more do you think should be done?
What "sentence" would be appropriate?
I am not inserted in sentences. The point is that the black panthers only reason to be there is voter intimidation. Period.
So how about baton toting skin heads? That work better for you over the kkk? I think you get my point of choice of group to counter the black panthers.
The idea would be that neither party EVER show up at ANY polling place. Saying that the black panthers is not voter intimation is just as stupid as saying that the kkk or skin heads are not voter intimation.

The Black Panthers have not been convicted of anything, or even arrested for that fact
Of course, but that isn't the point. FOX has pictures of black folks standing in front of a polling place somewhere and those pictures are all that matter. As one wingnut already told you, there's only one reason for those black folks to be there. How does the wingnut know this? Michelle Malkin told the wingnut. Case closed.
Nothing racist going one here. Move along.

Video. In military uniforms. With night sticks. Threatening people.
You need to leave this part out to make this work your way.
There doesn't need to be complaints by voters in order for there to be a violation of the Voting Rights Act.
Sorry..that's just funny.
There doesn't, asshole. Anyone can complain, a poll worker, a poll watcher, anyone.

Which is why i say kkk in sheets would be about the same sort of thing.

Let me get this straight....KKK outside of polls are racist and intimidating to voters and yet Black Panthers are not?
Is there some evidence that these TWO GUYS threatened anyone? Boy, I'd love to see that.
I won't hold my breath waiting for evidence though.
