Breaking: Black Panthers Headed Back To Poll Stations to Monitor Them

These dick heads are all the same. They think the New Black Panthers are entitled to stand in front of polling places waving clubs at people and threatening them to right all the past wrongs.

So you are saying that the KKK would be voter intimidation? Good

I see baton carrying black panther thugs as voter intimidation as well.

Um..

Again..the KKK are "limited" in doing anything. If they should up to polling places in white sheets..they can probably expect the same treatment..soup to nuts.

Once it was established someone had a problem with this idiots..they were escorted from the area, and an injuction was issued against them, barring them from carrying batons to polling areas. However, there were no complaints about voter intimidation from anyone voting in those stations.

So..what more do you think should be done?

What "sentence" would be appropriate?

I am not inserted in sentences. The point is that the black panthers only reason to be there is voter intimidation. Period.

So how about baton toting skin heads? That work better for you over the kkk? I think you get my point of choice of group to counter the black panthers.

The idea would be that neither party EVER show up at ANY polling place. Saying that the black panthers is not voter intimation is just as stupid as saying that the kkk or skin heads are not voter intimation.
Again..an injuction was issued against these jokers that bar them from carrying batons to polling stations. And the KKK can show up to polling stations just as any other group can..so long as they don't stop anyone from voting or engage in electioneering.

What more do you want?

So then groups evil looking skin head thugs are alright to mill about a polling place so long as they don't carry clubs?

What do i want? I don't want any group standing around any polling place batons or not. Period.

The Black Panthers have not been convicted of anything, or even arrested for that fact

Of course, but that isn't the point. FOX has pictures of black folks standing in front of a polling place somewhere and those pictures are all that matter. As one wingnut already told you, there's only one reason for those black folks to be there. How does the wingnut know this? Michelle Malkin told the wingnut. Case closed.

Nothing racist going one here. Move along.

Video. In military uniforms. With night sticks. Threatening people.

You need to leave this part out to make this work your way.

Which is why i say kkk in sheets would be about the same sort of thing.

There doesn't need to be complaints by voters in order for there to be a violation of the Voting Rights Act.

Sorry..that's just funny.

There doesn't, asshole. Anyone can complain, a poll worker, a poll watcher, anyone.

You wanna go don't the insult route..sure.

You're an idiot.

And stupid about the law. In fact..you don't have any clue how it works.

I doubt you've sat on a jury..and if you had you'd understand exactly the trouble with what you are proposing. The burden of proof is on the prosecution. And it's really expensive. So unless there is a "crime" they generally don't want to do the whole courtroom thing.

So read up on the case..read up on exactly what evidence they had and the list of witnesses they had for this...

And maybe get your head out of the asses of your talk/tv radio masters. Because you wind up with a mind full of shit that way.

Asshole.

No..it is not.

I've seen the video of course. For months, even if you went over FOX news at light speed while channel surfing, you couldn't possibly have missed this video as they played it more than radio stations played Stairway to Heaven in 1973. I didn't see either guy (and lets remember we're talking about two fucking guys) threaten anyone.

Is there some evidence that these TWO GUYS threatened anyone? Boy, I'd love to see that.

I won't hold my breath waiting for evidence though.

If that pair of pathetic mofos I see standing outside a voting place wearing bargain basement security guard costumes in the now famous photo are the "Black Panthers" the Tea Party screwballs are raising all the hell about, I am amazed.

If I'm to understand that the self-appointed poll monitors were posted there to discourage White people from voting all I can say is my fourteen year-old granddaughter wouldn't be intimidated by those two vaudeville clowns. So unless there is a lot more to the story I'll assume the Tea Party is making panthers out of a couple of scruffy alley cats for propaganda effect.

Oh shit, Michelle Malkin's saying the BLACK people might try to scare away the poor white voters at the polls.. Everyone hurry, get whipped into a frenzy!

Lmao, this is laughable on so many levels. How many complaints was there in '08.. by people actually scared away from the polls?
