Please cite specific examples of these republican atrocities. History would suggest that first world nations were built by capitalism rather then socialism. Do you really think that Romney would have been no different from Obama?

Personally, I don't know if MSNBC talks about race that much as I don't watch it...occasionally I will catch a moment of the drivel...it is just an opposing opinion from what I see. There really isn't anything the matter with that.

On the other hand, with a net favorability of -8, Jar Jar is considerably more popular than the U.S. Congress, which currently enjoys a net favorability rating of -65. In fact, the last time congressional net favorability was above that was February 2005. Incidentally this was just before the release date of "Star Wars Episode III: Revenge of the Sith," which marked Jar Jar's last appearance on the big screen.

But picking on Congress' unpopularity is a bit like beating a dead tauntaun. After all, the legislative branch has been less popular than lice, brussels sprouts and Nickelback for some time now. Dems are a long way from perfect but the worst thing about them is that they quietly do their job and think the other side will as well. Unlike the Repubs, they don't run back for the photo ops from the golf courses and bars cuz they're already there, working.

The real problem is that Dem voters don't get off their butts and VOTE. And if they don't vote, the deserve the racist, sexist, homophobic Do Nothings will get elected and the damn Ds deserve exactly what we'll get.
