I watched Bonanza when I was a kid. I thought it was a great show.

Watching reruns 40 years later I see how much it sucked. Bad writing, bad acting, lame plots

To this day the Rifleman is a fave.

Years ago the local NPR station interviewed Chuck Connors. I called up and axed him what became of that rifle with the big cock (ok maybe I didn't word it that way)...

He said there were two used in the show. I forgot what he told me happened to them. Somebody famous got one of them.
