They are not charging this kid with racial intimidation but with bias intimidation. They refuse to release the race of the kid and apparently, they do have it on tape, that's not been release either. Why? Anybody want to bet the kid is black?

They probably won't release it because if they did, that kid would be in the hospital or the morgue.

It's pretty standard to not release the identity of minors charged with crimes.

I see no reason to assume more than that.
