Los Angeles stopped the Bloods/Crips war when the cops told gang leaders they would be targeted and shot during future arrests, according to a retired cop buddy of mine. The gangs knew they weren't kidding and had a sitdown for their own safety.

Exactly...none of them, from BLM, Jackson, Sharpton....will confront the BLACK players in these wars. If whitey ain't involved, they can't make any money off it. Chicago cops could stop this in a matter of hours with some drive-bys of their own....they know who the gang leaders are and where they are, and they'd get away with it.
