Suit says 'super-majority white neighborhoods' were created. :eusa_boohoo:

Why is it ok for the mexicans and blacks to have their own little "gang banging" neighborhoods? Nobody complains about that shit!

The Georgia Legislative Black Caucus filed a lawsuit Monday against the state of Georgia seeking to dissolve the city charters of Dunwoody, Sandy Springs, Johns Creek, Milton and Chattahoochee Hills. Further, the lawmakers, joined by civil rights leader the Rev. Joseph Lowery, aim to dash any hopes of a Milton County.

Emory University law professor Michael Kang said the case is unique because the Voting Rights Act focuses on redistricting, whereas this lawsuit challenges the legality of cities. Kang, who has not reviewed the case in its entirety, said the plaintiffs will likely have to show evidence of discriminatory purpose to have a strong claim. Kane said the case has interesting implications

Does Georgia have a Republican Govenor? Maybe the fleebaggers can Flee to Alabamer.

Too late bros. With a solid left wing majority in congress and a neo-socialist in the white house the Black revolution might have had a chance in Obama's 2nd term but now you are just another bunch of union radicals.

Oh yeah...This has a snowball's chance in a blast furnace..
Who the fuck do these people think they are kidding.
How about we just go ahead and check to see where these racist legislators REALLY live..
BTW, I saw a story on 60 minutes about black self segregation. In the report, very wealthy and almost 100% black neighborhoods in Metro Atlanta and Montgomery County MD were featured...
This is typical liberalism. When people exercise the right to vote with their feet, the libs go nuts and try to outlaw or sue the practice out of existence. This is the basis behind laws permitting involuntary annexation. Those laws were written to prevent people from moving out of cities to escape high taxes. poor schools and rising crime
Meanwhile the Left practices a double standard by supporting integration while cursing gentrification

the homies have some great neighborhoods in Houston and I don't have enough guns to get me to go there. People should be able to live where ever they can afford.

I find it amazing that when blacks self segregate, the Left calls this a step in the right direction. When whites do the same, the Left calls this discrimination and lending institutions are accused of "red lining"..\
What really is shocking other than the utter stupidity of this idea is that the towns in question have black populations that EXCEED the proportion of the total population of other communities in Metro Atlanta. I think these black legislators are just pissed off because these areas now incorporated and chartered towns cannot be annexed into the City of Atlanta.
If I lived in one of these places I would be giving these black legislators a big fat :fu:

You got that right....why do you think we moved out to Cinco Ranch in Katy.
But it was the light brown ones that made us make the move.
