Well, the left accuses the right of being the party of NO and yet when bipartisanship is shown by the republicans working with the democrats signing up with Obama's sequester idea all of a sudden the republicans are the bad guys? The only cuts that are going to stand up over time are cuts that don't have much of impact on the public and those that can be spread over many years.

The only plan that's going to pass Congress is one that contains minor cuts and tax increase, neither of which will put a great burden on the public.

Unfortunately, we will continue to run deficits because the nation will not be willing to make the sacrifices needed. We can reduce yearly deficits by making small cuts and small increases in taxes over a number of years. To say that we're going to make big cuts in government spending or enact large tax increases is so much B.S. because it just ain't gonna happen.
