Virginia has one private prison, Lawrenceville Correctional Center (LCC). The GEO Group runs it and it's nothing but trouble. It's been around for 20 years now.

The OP's source is a YouTube blog. The AP Report says all private prisons were ordered closed in January 2021, right after Biden was inaugurated.

This is a "illegal immigrant detention centre" not a prison. It's where prisoners are taken to be sent home, because its located between JFK and LaGuardia. Sounds like a real nice spot, but since they closed the other three illegal immigrant detention centres in New Jersey and they get a lot of refugee claimants at the two airports, they need someplace close by to put them.

Sounds like a temporary solution keeping this place open, but the other three centres, none of which was close to the airports, have all closed.

Unless your offering better solution, all you're doing is being whiny bitches looking for something to complain about without offering anything but whining.
