The only reason more people are dying is that you can't tell the cut % because there are no standards for illegal drugs.

When it is families, primitive tribes, etc., it is always communist, not for profit.
And communism is just over shared resources, and has nothing to do with how you decide to form or run government.

I'm not a capitalist, and I've never used a gun as an adult, nor will I ever. Even so, I support people's right to make money as entrepreneurs or as capitalists. I am a conservative, and when I married my late husband over 50 years ago, I joined the Republican Party so that my vote would never cancel his. The surprise of my independent life, I found Republicans to be honest persons of highest integrity in the land. They unselfishly give their profits to local libraries, supply money for world-class symphony orchestras in a town that had less population than 50,000. Many of them tithe their earnings to the church they belong to and serve on charity boards that enable disabled children to attend a private nursery school that accepts children whose parents can't even find private babysitters to work for them, because the children need professional teachers skilled in getting academic success for severely disabled kids. IOW, they not only donate to good causes, they often oversee by way of volunteering their services that protect these children from abusive situations, and they are humble and willing servants of the people in their communities. As community leaders, they frequently attend monthly meetings in which people scream and holler at them, and they respond in a sympathetic manner to people whose sewer mouths should probably be washed out regularly with hand sanitizer.

Communism in communist country quickly revolve into oligarch overseers who are the haves of the society. These haves are jealous to share power with others, but instead use power to kill, maim, and incarcerate people of different perspectives than their monacled one. The oligarchs consider themselves above the law and act accordingly. To the contrary, democratic republics tend to rule by encouraging others to participate in decision-making in a give-and-take way. Communists behave with only the oligarches making important decisions eliminate other people by sending them to Siberia or killing their entire family with bullets and a lying cover story if anyone dares ask. In this paradigm, the wealth of the entire nation is concentrated in the power of the few, while the masses suffer humilities, and extermination if they are hard to persuade with the lies the commies use.

The problem is the population doubles about every 50 years, and that is bound to lead to species extinction eventually.
Abortion is absolutely necessary to end lives that should never have been.
Human beings have high fertility rates because for millions of years were had no defenses and were consumed as food by predators.
Now that we are predators, we have to cut our reproductive rate by 80%.
