To have any effect, it would have to be billions, like what we give Israel.
If you look at the budget of any US city, you will see that 100 million would just cover garbage collection.

But the Palestinians never did anything remotely wrong, and instead helped us beat the Ottoman Empire in WWI.
We owed them their independence as the Treaty of San Remo stated, in 1920.

Israel is not just rich jerks, but are illegal immigrants who murdered and stole their way to take over 90% of Palestine.

Since we funded and armed Israel, it is now our responsibility to fix what we broke.
We either have to fund and arm the Palestinians, or attack Israel for its crimes of aggression.
We at least have to push Israel back to the 1948 UN partition.
