This is probably my most fav commercial..........

LOL.....Back in the 80s when I worked for DuPont we (as employees of DuPont) got half off on the wholesale cost of Dupont Stainmaster carpet. I put it in every room of my first home except the kitchen and bathroom. It saved me a bunch of money. It was top-notch.

They gave us all kinds of little perks like that, back when DuPont owned Remington Arms we got deep discounts on Remington guns and ammo too if you ordered directly from Remington.

Back when this ad was on TV, I started baking pies so hubby could neatly place his fork on his plate at the end of dinner and then holler, "Pie!".



After his dementia progressed to the point of him needing more intensive care in a long term facility, it tickled the staff when he would neatly place his fork on his plate and holler, "Pie!". Of course, he had all the lemon meringue pie he could eat.
