His only claim to conservative credentials is that he wrote a monthly column for The American Spectator magazine. However, on this statement he comes close: Trump is woefully ignorant and prejudiced, so much so that it's doubtful that he could come up with an effective cabinet.

But if he becomes president we will see some interesting times.

He went from being on every talk show and commercial to disappearing for over 6 months until he changed his tune and blamed GW.
Ben Stein has lost whatever validity he had in the past.
