Mandatory Requirements:
-Must have no experience whatsoever in the field of "health and human services"
-Supports Gun Control
-Can lie under oath to Congress and get away with it
-Donated at least $2M to the Democratic Party or $5M to President Obama's first campaign and/or re-election campaign

Optional Requirements:
-Comes from Chicago
-Has cheated on taxes at least once
-Supports Socialist/Communist causes

When the web site was having problems we were told this was normal, all websites have problems. Several hundred million later now it's acknowledged that the website sucked but its OK now. But the program is working.
Nothing about Obamacare has been true. Every statement made by the administration has been a lie. Every single one.

There is some good and some bad in Obamacare. But I don't think it can survive unless we fix the worst of it.

Sibelius was probably toast after the roll out last Fall. But her resignation would confirm the thing was a failure. So they waited for good news and in the wake of the (fake) 7M signups it was time for her to go.
