I don't put any stock in IQ tests, but I do in SAT and ACT scores, and those are in decline; blacks and latinos have theirs pumped up artificially, and skew the average results upwards. That's why universities now need 'Black Studies' and other rubbish, they're desperate to increase black graduation rates; they tend to fail and drop out even when they aren't required to do anything but show up and warm a seat. It's so bad now many colleges are dropping them as requirements. lol
