Corporations aren't in the business of identifying forged documents.
And since some judges have decided that only courts can determine a person's legal status it is far beyond a companies authority.
Now if a company has employees they are paying under the table or have been notified by the IRS the SS# given is invalid and doesn't fire the person, the company should be prosecuted.
I am sure everyone here knows when a US company hires a person an I-9 form has to be filled out, with copies of the appropriate id documents, SS card, birth cert, passport, green card, work visa, etc.
What I bet some people don't know is that form is not sent to any govt agency. It is merely kept on file by the company and must be made available for inspection if requested.
How did ICE know and the owners didn't.
So 650 people are working in your plant and you don't know they are illegal, smfh.
How many folks have been arrested for giving out these false SSNs?
Any excuse will do. What % of the workforce is Hispanic in these plants?
it clearly states ''THEFT OF''
So illegals are coming to this country and getting on a computer and just stealing SSNs, come on dude you are smarter than that.
whatever--you asked why they are not prosecuted--I told you why
No. It's a service provided by your friendly coyote. Additional charges may apply.
