The media say that an unarmed honor student was shot simply because he was riding in a car that matched the description of a car used in a drive by shooting. They included a poem he wrote and went into detail about his hobbies and how much he loved his mother, anything except the facts of the case.
The fact of the matter is it WAS the actual car and the back window had been shot out, the "unarmed youth" had a firearm under the seat of the car and an empty magazine in his pocket, a victim had given his name to the police and said he was the shooter. He also had gunpowder residue on his wrist.
