When Obama came into office CPS was going wild taking people's kids and yes it's been long before Obama but had apparently become worse for multiple reasons.

Like I mentioned and one can easily hear via " MELISSA PERRY" the state owns you children.

Kids are taken constantly for reasons they shouldn't be.

The baby that died was born with brain hemorrhaging so there must have already been some type health issues there for her. Another child has Autism. Per child Arizona pays at least $828.

You know as well as I do that the older the children are the less likely they are to be adopted.

I also know how exceedingly corrupt the judiciary can be and how children can be used as pawns without regard to their well being. The appeals courts are not beyond lying and skewing the facts of any given case if that is their desire. Children in cases where judicial abuse can be a factor need an outside Ad Litem to insure that their best interest is in fact being considered.

That's interesting. A Guardian Ad Litem is used in custody battles. AZ uses a GAL instead of an regular ol' attorney? In this case, they had one.

Arizona has one or more FCRB which is made of citizens (volunteers).

Me too. I have seen one state that didn't use either and one that uses an attorney and, now, one that might use one or both. Although, using both would not be productive since they would essentially do the same thing.

I read through all of the articles I could find-generated by the same site. I listened to the radio interview. I came across a blog written by someone I have never heard of but is not liked by some on the 'net.

One of those is Tabitha's attorney who quit because he wasn't going to be told how to do his job. There was way more going on.

The court order they keep showing that says the case is dismissed might be related to the kid they signed away their rights to. Might have a different cause number. Because there is only a part of it being shown made me think there might be something else going on and this was intentionally misconstrued. The more I read the more it looked like mass confusion. I can't think of anything more painful than losing one's children and not knowing or understanding what is going on or being told different things by different people.

Like the drug war, even the conservatives get used to the big money if not addicted and dependent on it. So its hard to make it go away if so many jobs depend on keeping it going. Same with trying to change the criminal justice system when contractors profit off crime. Or changing the mental health system when big pharm makes big bucks off medicating the symptoms instead of curing the cause of illness. As long as lawyers make money off conflicts these will continue to get exploited for profit . family conflicts are even easier prey

After reading through the link Disir gave it may be that people in Arizona should be informed about their right to elect to retain judges or vote "no" to retaining any of the judges that abuse their authority and positions. Here are the dates when those judges come up for retention.

This enterprise is part of a "Rothschild-Rockefeller-Illuminati-Federal Reserve-New World Order conspiracy" that began with the establishment of the Rothschild banking empire in 1744 in Frankfurt, Germany. That won't go anywhere and should have been known at the time it would not go anywhere. I understand that this type of heartbreak could lead someone to this type of crazy. However, to think this type of crazy could lead to anything more is a waste.

The (then) 16 year old is a whole 'nother ball game. That was absolutely insane.

It is absolutely tragic that 10 children were torn from their parents. However, they were unwilling to allow any help in getting them back is what I am reading.

This enterprise is part of a "Rothschild-Rockefeller-Illuminati-Federal Reserve-New World Order conspiracy" that began with the establishment of the Rothschild banking empire in 1744 in Frankfurt, Germany. Id. ¶ 359. Through the "Rothschild control of the issuance of money," the Rothschilds and the Illuminati were able to "systematically take over and control the governments of Europe." Id. ¶ 51. These conspirators thereafter successfully obtained control of the government of the United States, through the establishment of the Federal Reserve system, and they now control "every major business corporation," as well as "[e]very government on earth." Id. ¶¶ 73, 74.

As a result of the foregoing, the Complaint explains, our entire planet is "now operating under a Luciferian (Satanic) shadow world government." Complaint ¶ 74. In addition, the Complaint contends that "an international Satanic child trafficking conspiracy operates within `child protective services' and the CIA," with "a CIA covert child trafficking operation" providing children "used by Satan worshippers for human sacrifices." Id. ¶¶ 101, 107. The Complaint continues in that same vein, alleging that "there are approximately four million practicing Satan worshippers across the United States, many of them operating at the highest levels of the United States government." Id. ¶ 102. In addition, "pedophile sex orgies with high ranking federal officials" occur at the White House and at the "Bohemian Grove," where, for more than 120 years, "world leaders have . . . participate[d] in bizarre Satanic rituals." Id. ¶¶ 104, 109-10.

That won't go anywhere and should have been known at the time it would not go anywhere.

The (then) 16 year old is a whole 'nother ball game. That was absolutely insane.

BTW, the reason that cameras are not allowed in hospitals (and a few other places) is due to HIPAA.

I'm not sure on that 'wouldn't accept help', from the interviews I heard they were pleading for help. I know there were no lawyers here to go against them going after Rod and I in all that fraudulent bank and court crap. The info on the Iowa Supreme Court about the case is still a lie and absolutely different than the actual paperwork that was submitted to the court, plus now we have the recording available that shows beyond a doubt that they altered the certified transcripts. I wouldn't trust anything as an absolute without seeing it for myself but when it comes to knowing the abuse that courts, doctors and insurance companies will do to people; I tend to have a heart for the ones being abused.

In the case of children in courts supposedly its all about protecting the children with gag orders but it can in fact and does give a means to cover-up medical or court abuses too. Most people have no clue how difficult it is to be in a situation like that. Those bastards can wipe out a bank account in no time and think nothing about what they are doing to the children and their families.

Gag orders are very much about protecting the children. Also, medical can get real tricky real quick. You have all of those people trained in law that couldn't dissect a frog if they had to. They have to rely on someone. That said, would it kill 'em to get the second opinion? No. Would it kill 'em to listen to the parents? No.

There were several instances of the first case where there was flat out wrong terminology that was being used which indicates a lack of understanding. There was a bunch of other crap going on which we aren't privy to. And a few instances were I strongly suspect the individuals supporting this couple were very aware that they were misrepresenting facts for their own gain which more than likely added to the confusion. For example, decrying that the court did not allow these other people in for support. Of course not, it's juveniles and it is well known they won't be allowed into the court room. Not taking a camera in to the court. Of course not, it's juveniles and well known it won't be allowed in. I have suspicions the family knew there was another case open and booked. Alternatively, someone figured out along the way that other case was still open and allowed them to continue on.

Any time a kid is in a situation not controlled by the parent (like jail or being removed from their home) it is terrifying.

Let's figure out a way that this home has running water and electricity. Let's figure out a way that your family is not without food all day while you are at day labor earning money for food until you get back on your feet. Let's get your kids back into school until you can afford to get the stuff to actually home school your kids. Let's get your kids medical care. It doesn't have to be forever and shouldn't be but......just until you get back on your feet.

I threw a CPS worker out of my house back when the children were babes. The whole incident was involved after son was in the hospital pronounce brain dead and declared a vegetable for life if he survived, etc.and then released perfectly normal....(more detailed than I desire to go into on here). Anyhow my mom had a fit telling me "You can't just throw those type people out of your house. What do you think you were doing!" (a large portion of the house was in the middle of repairs so it looked pretty shabby with tar board on the walls but the roof didn't leak and it was warm). Anyhow I called the lady that had babysat me as a child. I considered her one of my guardian angels. She was also on the welfare board of the county where we lived. I told her every detailed of exactly what happened and what was said. She said, "You absolutely did the right thing. They have no right to invade your home and start accusing you or start going through your personal property". Today though many of these people do not believe that we have constitutional rights and they firmly believe 'your children are their children'. A lot of people today have no clue of the danger that they are assisting in when they ignore a parents basics rights with their children unless it is an obvious clear cut danger where the child is actually being somehow physically abused by the parent(s).

The Stafford's biggest issue was they refused to vaccinate their children and they home schooled. I saw the photos of the house they lived in and it was paid for (so no bank getting a cut of their livelyhood) but was still in need of repairs. It was situated neighboring one of the grandparent's home and a CPS worker caught the children running from one house to the other barefoot and she called that abuse also in the report they used to take all of the children out of their home.

In that case of the children of Melissa Diegel case it sounds like the medical community was more worried about their grant moneys being stopped than the safety of her children.

The dad was a fitter or a plumber and mom was a stay at home full time mother. I just listed some of the details above^

Just found this. The case went on for several years. Arizona finally dismissed the case after 600 days. when those children grow up they should sue Arizona's judges for depriving them and any abuse they suffered at the hands of their captors.
