Jeff and Tabitha Shoars eagerly awaited the day when they would hear the final verdict from Maricopa County Superior Court in Arizona. They firmly believed that the judge, who was presented with all the evidence in the case, would ultimately rule that their children should be returned home to their custody. Just before 8 am on Wednesday morning, May 24, they learned the horrible news: their children are not coming home and their parental rights have been terminated.

Arizona Successfully Kidnaps Shoar Kids from Nevada After Judge Terminates Parental Rights
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------

This happens all the time msm always reports as usual always on the Gov. side of the claims they make against parents. When most people have no idea how CPS is often paid a bonus for taking peoples kids.
People always believe these authoritarian freaks because why they are the Gov. and the Gov. never plays any game to hurt people. They are out there to protect. My fkn ass wake up . People lose their kids for dumb, dumb reasons.

Proof?

Their children’s screams still haunt Jeff and Tabitha Shoars’ dreams, and echoes of the laughter that once filled their home brings the couple to tears on a daily basis.

There are some pretty egregious cases concerning children being abused by the system and this looks like it could very well be one of those. They took the parental rights away from the natural parents based on circumstantial evidence??? The baby that died was born with brain hemorrhaging so there must have already been some type health issues there for her. Another child has Autism. Per child Arizona pays at least $828.

Yet there are cases where the fight is equally strong and hard to take children away from parents. It took me years to take my step greatgranddaughter away from her mother.

What you are alleging is that CPS gets a bonus for the removal of kids and it doesn't have to be "bonus" in simple language. I'm thinking, who the hell gets a bonus? You mean like you win a toaster?

The lovely thing about sites like Medical Kidnapping is that they feature the emotions of parents but it is about as one sided as you can get. And anyone that says anything remotely similar to this:
"If I have it my way, you’ll never see your mommy and daddy again.”

should be sucker punched. Really. If it was said.

Pretty much. Don't get me wrong, I like CPS, but they really are incompetent and get more kids killed then they help. They are also not held responsible for lying in court or even more odd, getting children killed and molested. CPS needs som serious work done on it to be effective. As they are now, it's nothing more then a job for folks who couldn't afford more then a semester or two in community collage. And it showed in their employees.

That's not a bonus or a payday for a kid.
Title IV-E funds basic foster care services and case planning, adoption services for children with special needs, independent living services, Education and Training Vouchers, and other administrative services including case management, eligibility determinations, foster care recruitment, and training for staff and foster and adoptive parents.

You know as well as I do that the older the children are the less likely they are to be adopted.

Freedom and Justice for the Shoars Family

I have already heard one side of the story. I'm missing the other half. And you know that the other half can never be told due to privacy restrictions. This allows you to run around and pretend that everything you read is 100 percent true. How cool is that?

As it stands, they are appealing it. So, let's wait for the appeal.

In addition to political topics, The New American also publishes articles about economics (from a free-enterprise perspective of course!), culture, and history. It is published by American Opinion Publishing, a wholly owned subsidiary of The John Birch Society.

FFS---the John Birch Society?

Yeah, all that is supposed to be covered by child support. At lest that's my assumption. Those older kids are the ones hurt most by this system, especially the girls and young woman. As for the males, all that money does nothing more then make sure they are properly prepped for prision. They need a serious reconsideration as to how they are doing stuff.

I also know how exceedingly corrupt the judiciary can be and how children can be used as pawns without regard to their well being. The appeals courts are not beyond lying and skewing the facts of any given case if that is their desire. Children in cases where judicial abuse can be a factor need an outside Ad Litem to insure that their best interest is in fact being considered.

It is. Unless there is no child support available to take. We have no way of knowing if the family above qualified.

There are federal laws and the states which run their own game---like the criminal justice system (to an extent) There are differences in policies.
This is as close as I can get to Arizona without spending hours looking through AZ law and what resources are available. Even so, none of that will give me any information about their particular case. In the bottom right corner is a link to their Independent living program.
A Guide to Department of Child Safety (DCS)

I know there are massive changes that have been rolled out to address a lot of the issues with older kids especially in the last decade. I think unless you are living in an area rich with resources they are inadequate. Even then there are still problems. How do you justify spending $125, 000 in New York City on a kid and that kid walking out without a high school diploma? It's just mind blowing.

There was a federal law that came out awhile back and for the life of me I cannot remember the name or the year of it but I believe it made it possible for those kids to sign themselves in.

That's interesting. A Guardian Ad Litem is used in custody battles. AZ uses a GAL instead of an regular ol' attorney? In this case, they had one.

Arizona has one or more FCRB which is made of citizens (volunteers).

And CASA (also volunteers)
CASA of Arizona - Court Appointed Special Advocates - Volunteers needed to be a voice for abused and neglected foster children.

I guess I just thought the child was supposed to have both an attorney and a guardian?

Dear Disir in Texas it was explained to me that the politicians judges courts and govt staff get used to receiving the funds, about 25-39k per CPD case where the state takes over custody . one person even went so far as to use this to call out Republicans who CLAIM to oppose big govt but let CPS continue because they want the funds and jobs that it keeps supporting. Like the drug war, even the conservatives get used to the big money if not addicted and dependent on it. So its hard to make it go away if so many jobs depend on keeping it going. Same with trying to change the criminal justice system when contractors profit off crime. Or changing the mental health system when big pharm makes big bucks off medicating the symptoms instead of curing the cause of illness. As long as lawyers make money off conflicts these will continue to get exploited for profit . family conflicts are even easier prey
