I hardly ever post anymore, but I felt this was a good time to do so. Wow, who would've ever thought it would be possible to completely outspend the Obama Democrats spending bills? Well guess what? It has been done. The GOP pulled it off! Seriously GOP, nobody will ever believe you again when you say how you're the party of smaller government and fiscal responsibility. I've always stated the two biggest lies are when the Democrats espouse how they are the party for working class America, and when Republicans bloviate about how they are for small government and reduced spending.

Nancy Pelosi stated "we won" with this spending bill. Really Nancy, just who is we? We certainly isn't America. Your definition of we is as follows: you, the Democrats and Republicans, and the most important "we" is the "we" both your party and the GOP are controlled by - the rich global elite. I laugh at the Russian collusion diatribe, it's a joke. The only collusion I see is between Democrats and the GOP in that they make sure the only "we" that wins is them and their rich global elitist masters.

Had enough yet? I've heard many frustrations from those on the left, those on the right, as well as those somewhere in between. Yet every election the majority of Americans fall into the same old trap: "oh those Republicans are pure evil, the Democrats are the good guys", or "oh those Democrats are pure evil, the Republicans are the good guys". Well, the truth is, both parties are pure evil, both are traitors to America and have completely betrayed our Founding Fathers.

So what are you going to do about? Keep falling for the same old rhetoric? Keep falling for the line of one party is more evil than the other? Wake up people and vote third party!!! Maybe, just maybe if enough people say they've had enough and do so, we can make some much needed changes. But if you keep voting Democrat or Republican, it'll just be the same old thing. Make a difference people, take a stand, vote third party. Enough is enough already.

You are the perfect little puppet on a string, nothing the GOP can do would get you to not walk lock step with them and they know it.

The deficit for this year stands at 540 billion dollars after 90 days. That puts us on track for a total of more than 2.5 billion dollars added to the debt this year alone. And that was before the massive spending bill and before Trump tanked the economy starting a trade war.

But you will never waver in your support of them....you and those like you from both sides are why this country is fucked.

A third party is not the answer. If you create a third party, they will be subverted as well.

No, the answer is the Article V movement. States need to arise for the first him in US history and use the provision in the Constitution to amend the Constitution in order to pass some sort of balanced budget amendment for the all powerful and all knowing federal Congress.

And yes, I know, cuts from A, B, and C is draconian and people will be dying in the streets. Blah, blah, blah. They must be forced to do this with a Constitutional amendment or it will never get done.

It is either that or fiscal melt down to come soon at a theatre near you!

Term limits would be nice as well.

You know, its' funny. The US federal Congress passed term limits for the president, citing corruption as the reason, but refuse to do it for themselves.

A third party cannot win because nobody will vote for them, nobody will vote for them because they cannot win. It is also what is known as a self fulfilling prophecy.

Voting in America today is not about getting your guy in.....it's about keeping the other guy out. That's why it's difficult for a third party to arise.

I'm no different than many Americans. I don't vote because I want X in, I vote to keep Y out.

Since that is the goal for many of us, voting anything other than one of the two parties is throwing your vote away. I can't keep Hillary out if I vote Libertarian. I couldn't keep DumBama out by voting Independent. If I vote for anybody BUT a Republican, I might as well not vote at all.

The DNC is certainly corrupt and useless to voters, but I trust some prominent democrats (Nancy is not one). A third progressive party would be great but the likelihood of one becoming popular is next to none. All I can do is examine one democrat at a time and decide if I like them. Of course, even if I don’t trust a democrat, they are still far better than any republican.

I agree totally, except I don’t trust Republicans, but they are far better than any democrat.

None come to mind. Besides, In our system, party trumps person, at least in the legislative branch.

I've been pissed at the Republicans before and thought I would switch to Independent just to show them how they are losing us, but this time I will do it if a conservative party forms: the Tea Party, the Freedom Party, the Constitutional Party or anything like that.

Trump made a terrible move. He just lost his reelection bid anyway, and the House and Senate are going to go to the Democrats, so why didn't he take the risk and let them shutdown the government? He would at least kept his supporters on board.

There are more and more third party people on local ballots. I have been voting third party since 1996 and back then you had very few choices, today there are many more.

Trump did not lose his base, you will still vote for him in 2020 if he runs again. In Nov you will still vote for the Repub on the ballot.

So, why should they ever do the right thing? There was no way Trump was going to shut down the government with congress out of town.

If Hil-Liar were President, most of the criminal things her party has done would have never been exposed, and even if they were, never investigated. We also would not have the conservative judges in place today. No tax cuts, and no reversal of all of DumBama's destructive policies.

What happened was NOTHING. A guy that spent his life helping to fund the establishment became president. And he is making sure no other "outsider" ever has a chance to win again. It is almost like that is what his role is supposed to be.
