I can always sell it and move to Sun City and they get no house. The first time I hear a comment like you posted come out of my kids mouth about something I worked and paid for and am giving to them, I would sell it and give the money to the Navy/Marine Corps Relief Society.

Definitely going to take a few generations time to get us out of it...and certainly with alot of pain in the process. And the sooner the process gets started? The sooner we get to where we need to be.

That's how I look at it. Most of us realize that Obama is not the only reason that things are screwed up. I blame much of it on congress; even before the last election, when the GOP took the House. It is exponentially worse now, as NOTHING is getting done. Record number of filibusters, and house and senate members who would rather sit like knots on a log than make a decision that may keep them from being re-elected. Then insider trading inforamation will be more difficult to come by...and the campaign contributions.....OH THE $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$!

I am. I have about 70% less debt and 110% more income. I'm under on my house, but I never intended to sell. I plan to pass it on to one of my kids.

We paid off the house, but that had NOTHING to do with the economy. It had to do with making a decision to get debt free.
