I am not ashamed to say that I voted for Donald Trump in 2016. I did not vote for him because of what he was, but for what he was not. He was not a Washington insider with connections to other Washington insiders. He was not part of the greedy underground cabal selling the country out to globalist intellectuals. He had no letters beside his name identifying him as an educated expert, No PhD, no Masters’ degree. Yes, he was wealthy, but if he were not, he would have gone nowhere. No one gave Trump a chance at first, but Washington had become so corrupt that it controlled the media and that is never a good thing for a democracy. It is an exceptionally good thing for totalitarian oppression.

There is a collective wisdom among the American people that recognizes intellectual evil. It is the very thing our country’s founders warned us about when the American republic was established. Trump did not go to law school like many in Congress. He did not make his money by elevating himself to get control of the system, passing laws to funnel wealth into the government. Trump had nothing to do with the Great Society or the War on Poverty. When you see millions of young women in America saddled with several children all with different fathers in jail or prison, that was not Trump, that was Washington.

The US Congress and Senate are replete with creeps and crooks. That includes both major political parties. The country’s founders knew this would happen, so they made it clear that the people must act to control the government by voting to keep it small. When the people voted in 2016 to put Trump in office it was a repudiation of Washington and its corruption. Many people were benefitting from the suffering of average working people in the US, especially educators and bureaucrats that drain government coffers. Trump’s election sent shock waves through Washington parasites and on day one of his presidency they vowed to protect their bloodsucking privileges by any means necessary.

Washington swung into action quickly by using its intelligence agencies to go after Trump just as was done in the former Soviet Union. Propaganda is a powerful tool and Washington learned its lesson from the Soviets and Nazis well. So, a lot of people were propagandized to hate Trump, not just disagree with him. But Washington went a step further. It used a pandemic to manipulate vote counting with boxes and suitcases full of phony mail-in votes in closely contested areas to guarantee the outcome. The propaganda of hatred smoothed the edges of what people saw with their own eyes and the absurd result of Joe Biden’s fractured speaking prowess getting more votes than any politician in human history was pulled off.

Now the world is in a state of chaos, and we know why. The question is how many fools will admit it.

Your impression(s) of the humpty trumpty is obviously tainted by black and red colored glasses and harbor little to no personal perceived or actual experience with the demon from Hell's septic tank. IT is NOT a human. IT is a hatchling from dark and smelly places that is a walking, talking, vile, odiferous thing, a nazi incarnate that is ONLY about the GREED of MONEY, POWER and RULE.
I had the mind numbing experience of the fatso on the sidewalks of New York where I was manhandled and tossed around like a rugby ball by ITs hired 6'6" thugs when I tried to pass by it to find my way in Times Square. I watched IT as IT passed LIE after LIE after LIE after multitudinous LIES on the American people and worked to destroy the right wing's marginal integrity into a nazi and crime syndicate mentality. ITs seeking of MONEY, POWER and RULE are well documented in spite of, no, BECAUSE OF of your and others' brainwashed condition(s) and the weakness of the human mind that follows EVIL as though it is gospel.

There are real American humans (thank the heavens above) who actually see and are aware of the humpty trumpty's demeanor, actions and LIES and are capable of discerning good from evil. There are those of us who fully understand the depth and spread of the trumpty's rotten to the core and rotting capacity. You, apparently, are not one of them.

With capability, understanding, education and the realization of real truth, the American psyche and values will continue. If not, well, there is always the republican party...

Not at all. I just want people to consider other options. The nation is more divided than ever. And with each administration things seem to get worse.

I'd like to see a Republican prez in the White House. But I want someone we can trust, someone with intelligence, integrity, leadership skills, and the willingness to try to bring us together. The country will collapse if we continue doing the same old, same old.

Trump is incredibly divisive, and a borderline nutjob. He can only make things worse, imo.

And because he is so divisive and hostile a personality I believe most Americans will refuse to vote for him. The GOP has an opportunity to take it all: Senate, House, and Presidency.

I truly believe Donald Trump will destroy that opportunity if he becomes the GOP candidate. There is simply NO way he can win. He especially cannot win an HONEST election.

As for information on trump's shadier side, there are tons of documents easily available. Don't expect others to do the research you should be doing on ANY candidate you are considering as president.

Just Google Trump and college tuition. Trump and investor fraud. Trump and failed casinos. Trump refusal to pay workers and suppliers. You owe it to yourself to educate yourself about this "person."

i'm an Independent voter. And I take it seriously. I try to vote for the best person, and in reviewing my voting history, I don't seem to favor either party.

I'm concerned about America. Fuck the political parties. We need strong, capable, intelligent leaders. But as we've all seen over the past few decades, there are very few men like that. In fact, I can't name ONE such person in either party, without giving it a lot of thought.

Imo Biden and Trump both suck. And a vote would be wasted on either one.

Sadly, our politics may have become so toxic that good men would rather avoid getting involved. As a result, we end up with the dregs in each party as our only choices.

And in the final analysis, if we are honest about it, the fault lies with ALL of us. As citizens, we've allowed the horrible decline we're witnessing. We should be smart enough to find solutions to our problems without trying to strangle each other. It's our country to save or destroy. But we can't solve any problems by just throwing rocks at each other.

The coming elections are hugely important, but we DESPERATELY need good candidates. They are rare.
