Are lap dances a human right?

Well it looks like CA only did strip clubs and casinos. That would have been a better way to go IMHO. Different states have different rules regarding liquor sales, so that could get tricky with convenience stores that sell beer.

my credit cards dont work at casinos......or off track.....or anything else that might be fun

i see both sides....the need for convenient places to get cash...ebt cards here are like debit cards and you can only buy food products with them....(i think) i dont think you can get change with them but i am not sure

lap dances are a God given right. Jesus I could use one right now. I need to remember to exclude Ravi from my fantasy ! Nothing more. GIRLS???

The way i see it, if the shop does not sell groceries... then the card should not be able to work there.

A liqueur store, strip club or caisson do not stock bread, milk and rice ect.

this could all be prevented simply.....you get basics for free....everyone can have as much rice, corn meal, flour and beans they want.....all for free...but thats it....you want steak you got to hustle....
encourage breast feeding over formulas...that would cut a major expense in programs like wic

The House bill would give states two years to implement new rules. States that fail to comply could be hit with a 5 percent reduction in their block grant.

Boustany’s office cited reports of welfare abuses in eight states, totaling millions of dollars. His legislation would not reduce spending directly, but would restrict how taxpayer funds can be used.

In one well-publicized example, the Los Angeles Times reported in 2010 that California welfare recipients were able to withdraw cash from their state-issued debit cards at more than half of the casinos in the state.

“We have an obligation to make sure taxpayer dollars are spent appropriately,” Boustany said.

Were able. I bet they are able to withdraw at airports as well. What are the fuckers doing in an airport???

I refuse to believe any sane person would trade food stamps for something like this.....

The way I see it,if lap dances become a right. The people who actually pay taxs should get the hot strippers.
Welfare recipient's should get strippers that look like Rosanne Barr and Whoopie Goldberg.

Sounds fair to me...and what better incentive to get off the public dole.

Welfare eh....

The medical insurance industry receives trillions in tax dollars annually = corp welfare

The oil industry receives billions = corp welfare

The nuke and coal power industries are insured by the taxpayers cuz no other source is interested = corp welfare

Nuke power construction became so expensive that Wall Street called it a risky investment
and would not recognize the industry as a "good investment". Now taxpayers have been forced to guarantee construction costs on both nuke and coal plants = corp welfare

And some are worried about a few bucks that MIGHT be spent on a beverage..... can we say get real!!!
