Anyone Who Uses The Government To Influence Elections Should Be Prevented From Running For Office Ever Again

Really? Then why didn't Durham charge her with said felony?

Hillary was charged with absolutely nothing. Not by the Trump DOJ, not by Durham, not by anyone.

Seems your pseudo-legal gibberish about 'felonies' doesn't amount to much.
So many people seem to forget that some criminal investigations can take years to pan out, with multiple sweeps, stakeouts, interviews, cooling off periods, audits, wiretaps, accidental discoveries or slip-ups whistleblowers wanting to get things off their chests... There are so many factors. How many episodes of Unsolved Mysteries and Cold Case Files are there which featured crimes which took decades to solve?? And in the case of politically motivated crimes, things can become extremely complicated because of all the people involved and the fact that many of them have special powers and friends in high places.

No shit sherlock. Here it is. Tell us where graham is wrong....

Article III, Section 3, Clause 1: Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court.

DURRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR

And what 'enemies' would that be?

Trump didn't say shit about 'legal' votes. What he said was:

Trump: "All I want to do is this. I just want to find 11,780 votes, which is one more than we have because we won the state."

And then started threatening the officials with a 'criminal offense' if they didn't.

Trump: "And you are going to find that they are — which is totally illegal, it is more illegal for you than it is for them because, you know what they did and you’re not reporting it. That’s a criminal, that’s a criminal offense.

Try again, tinfoil.
seems pretty clear he wants them to find legal votes cause it would be illegal to hide votes

Then what idiot would hold a press conference to show the proof of Joe Biden's criminal conduct and call it 'judgment day'....

.....only to fail miserably to show any criminal activity had occurred at all, let alone by Joe Biden? With nothing shown on 'judgment day' even being illegal.

And following that, what poor, hapless soul would cling to the 'bribery and influence pedalling' narrative after such a laughably inept press conference, where no crime was ever demonstrated?

The Secretary of State of Georgia disagreed. He said that Trump threatened him.

Raffensperger, a conservative who supported Trump, resisted the president’s demands. That prompted Trump to suggest the refusal to expose mass voter fraud in Georgia – on which Trump insisted but which did not exist, as in all other states – could be a “criminal offense”.

“That’s a big risk to you,” Trump said. “That’s a big risk.”

In Integrity Counts, a book published on Tuesday, Raffensperger writes: “I felt then – and still believe today – that this was a threat. Others obviously thought so, too, because some of Trump’s more radical followers have responded as if it was their duty to carry out this threat.”

So why would I ignore Raffensperger, and instead believe you?

Let me know when the traitors start getting hanged publicly after a fair trial.

Until then, consider my faith in the system nonexistent.

Somehow all that went away in the short span of 50 years.

Nope. He's granted the authority to prosecute crimes that he finds. Just like Mueller. Durham had the same authority to prosecute as a United States Attorney does. He can call grand juries. He can try cases.

And did. Sussmann was indicted by the grand jury that Durham himself convened. And Durham's office tried the case.

And lost.

Or....I just know more than you.
and much like mueller left it to the doj and house when it came to obstruction durham did the same for the obamagate gang.

what radical supporters of trumps charged him with a crime?

Hanged for what crime?
Subverting American elections, being a traitor to the United States of America.

Violating oath of office, purposely corrupting national government.

Violating The Constitution after swearing to uphold it.

He did...on charges against Trump, a sitting president.

"When it came to the president’s culpability, we needed to go forward only after taking into account the OLC opinion that indicated that a president, a sitting president, cannot be indicted."

Robert Mueller, Testimony to Congress

However, Mueller did indict on 34 other people, garnering 8 convictions and 25 standing indictments for people who ran.

Mueller and Durham absolutely had prosecutorial powers the same as a United States Attorney. They could convene grand juries, prosecute cases, try cases.

And both did.

Laughing...is this where you start accusing anyone who doesn't ape exactly what you think of being a 'federal agent'?

Oh, tinfoil. You're an eternal fount of conspiracy batshit.

No, it's just that you seem to side with the powers that be vs. the people and their wellbeing.

Like..every.single.time.
