They consistently oppose fascist activities. They don't bother trying to be peaceful about it. They should not be confused with the vast majority of the left, though, any more than most of the Right wants to be associated with the KKK.
I wish Pelosi would come out and tell Antifa to scram, tell the world that the Dems and the libs oppose them. No one who needs a mask or hood has any business defending their ideas in this country.

They have clearly stated they are communist & anarchist. We knew you were dense but we didn't realize exactly how dense you actually are.

Antifa plans Gettysburg battlefield protests

Reports that the anti-fascist group Antifa plans to burn Confederate flags and desecrate graves have prompted calls on social media for other groups to gather in Gettysburg to counter those protesters.

The anniversary of the battle, which raged from July 1 to July 3, 1863, comes at a time when there is a growing movement to remove Confederate symbols from public spaces.

“There just seems to be a focus on that issue, when there has not been in the past,” Lawhon said.

There are no plans to change any of the 1,300 monuments on the park grounds, she said.

I guess they figure it’s easier to bully dead people than live folks.

This is what happens when we give in to their petty demands. No, that never happened. That fake story was based entirely on a fraudulent Facebook post from a right-wing troll who pretended to be from Antifa. Naturally, every conservative fell for it. After all, if a person does even minimal fact-checking, they'll be a liberal.

Since reality always contradicts conservatives, conservatives have learned to always create this kind of alternate reality. In that alternate reality, the fact that nobody in Antifa called for such a demonstration doesn't matter to them. The fact that nobody showed up for such a demonstration doesn't matter to them. The conservatives simply define the Facebook troll as the official opinion of Antifa, and then they declare Antifa was scared away from Gettysburg by brave conservatives.
