Republicans are in favor of smaller less intrusive govt.:auiqs.jpg:

Actually conservatives are in favor of a smaller less intrusive federal government. Republicans, like democrats, are only interested in advancing their party, not ideals.
Conservatives want the drug war which is not representative of a smaller less intrusive govt. don't try to fool me with the same propaganda released by the echo chamber.

Drug war? I think youā€™re stuck in the 90s, kinda like your avatar. States are legalizing pot and magic mushrooms, some war.
What do states have to do with what the feds are doing?

Iā€™ve posted facts about the millions of Republicans who live in Appalachia. Appalachia is nearly all GOP. You donā€™t post any facts disproving anything Iā€™ve said. You just attack. And use filthy language. What does that say about you?
Problem is, your "facts" are blatant lies relative only to the ideology of your postmodernist religion. Every last one of your posts I've read have spewed anti-truth, anti-family, anti-America, anti-Christian and often, anti-child talking point rhetoric. Decent human beings possessed of the slightest spark of humanity, compassion and/or patriotism need not dirty their boots in your threads. Until you've been deprogrammed from the cult of radical Leftism, until you cease spewing deception, cruelty and lies . . . while knowing full well that's what you're doing, you'll get the same type of response from myself and many others.

Deanturd parrots leftist hate speech about anyone who opposes global collectivism. He has never considered the substance or credibility of the sources, nor the motivation for publishing such drivel.

When confronted with facts, even from US Gov't statistics, he either runs away or suddenly no longer believes the government he is desperate to empower.

I've never met such a pathetic worm in real life. Even when I was a libturd smoking dope and frying brain cells on LSD, we didn't repeat this shit to one another out of hatred for the country as founded or a sense of superiority. We actually wanted to elevate impoverished people and give them a chance to earn merit. When you talk to bed wetters like Deanturd now, expecting people to work is hateful, having a different perspective is bigotry, and patriotism is a vice.

The few people I still have any connection too from those days 20-30 years ago vary in perspective, but not one of them are consumed with the sort of hate and envy Deanturd and his ilk are.

The recently signed Georgia law does include exceptions for rape and incest, as well as for medical emergencies. But the law will hurt patients in Georgia, which has some of the highest rates of maternal mortality in the country, said Redman, the Spark Reproductive Justice Now executive director.

ā€œPeople are dying because of the maternal health here in Georgia,ā€ she said. ā€œThe fact that weā€™re eliminating a health care option, a service, will do a disservice to Georgians,ā€ especially black, queer, and low-income people who are disproportionately likely to seek abortion care.

First off, stop your lies.

Now, really, you Democratā€™s messed up when one of yours stated the real reason you people want abortion clinics in minority neighborhoods,

Yā€™all donā€™t like that blacks are leaving the reservation so you encourage them to kill their children so you can replace your black slaves with brown ones.

Like legislating womenā€™s bodies. I guess Republicans donā€™t consider that intrusive. Because they believe women should be property?

The new wave of young conservatives, what the media would call "alt-right" who were "radicalized on the internet" are all much, much more open minded about economic and foreign policy than the fully indoctrinated baby boomer generation. Us supposed neo-nazis who according to the left want to round up everyone who is not exactly like us and put them in gas chambers...the vast majority of us are still pro-life even when it's black and brown babies. Because we recognize it's wrong and harmful and disgusting. A truly reprehensible practice. That you equate the pro-life agenda with "hate" speaks volumes about the left.

ā€œvast majority of us are still pro-life...ā€. What poll are you referring to? Cite the poll you are relying on showing the vast majority as pro-life. All the polls I see are within a couple of percentage points, clearly not your VAST majority. Letā€™s keep it real.

You know Republicans donā€™t care about black people.
And then I showed where Republicans donā€™t actually care about any children at all.
So why this drive to legislate the fetus? Because itā€™s not really about the fetus, itā€™s about legislating women. Taking away womenā€™s rights is actually the way Republicans attack women without doing it directly.
If you take away a womanā€™s right to control her own body, you were really telling her sheā€™s not only less than human but she needs to be taken care of by a man.
And thatā€™s the truth.

I thought that was pretty much a given.

If they cared about babies they would be for universal healthcare, snap, wic, public schools, and all the other programs meant to ensure children grow up happy, healthy, and productive.

They are against all of those. They want the kid born so they can bitch about how much it costs to support him. That and they think they've got a moral "high ground" position with the religious whack-jobs.

Logical fallacy, irrelevant to the question of whether or not abortion is homicide. Secondly, just because not everyone agrees with your foolish naive political views doesn't mean that they don't care about children. They just don't think corrupt subversive manipulative big government is the answer for every single thing, as socialists like you do.

I donā€™t agree with the law, but I support a stateā€™s right to decide address the issue as they see fit. Itā€™s Better than have the federal government stick its nose in where it doesnā€™t belong.

For the record, I personally feel that abortions in general should not be performed after the first trimester, and there is ZERO logic in exceptions for rape and incest.
News Bulletin: The Constitution superseded the Articles of Confederation. . The 14th amendment renders the bill of rights binding on the states.

I think you spelled it out pretty well. And according to Republicans right here in the USMB, thereā€™s no reason they should support any kid or woman at all. After all she had sex.

She should be punished by raising that kid. And the kid should be punished for existing. At least thatā€™s the message Iā€™m getting.

And the legislative branch is a co-equal branch of government. But not according to Republicans or according to Donald Trump.

Only Democrats need to worry about the constitution. Republicans just ignore it when it suits them. Laws donā€™t apply to the GOP. Theyā€™re white.

The late great Anthony Scalia acknowledged that abortion is a state issue. I will take his word over that of any poster on this forum.
