There used to be a ranting Republican where I worked who was in the same department as me. I never had a problem with him. I'm pretty sure it was the drinking and poor performance that cost him his job and not the rants.

But the rants were hysterical. Endlessly complaining about the gays. They are destroying America with their immorality. They are destroying marriage because they want to get married. They will bankrupt the country with their demands of "equality".

We were at the bar one night after work and after a "few", he began his rants. I said, "You must know a lot of gays". He said, "Hell no, I don't know any".

We all know that Christian morals are supposed to be defined by people who don't practice that religion and we should all just accept that in spite of Jesus repeatedly saying that God's unchanging law as handed down to Moses IS His unchanging law - and accept what non-Christians have been saying all along. That the Ten Commandments is actually just a list of suggestions after all.

Adultery is adultery -whether committing it with someone of the opposite sex or the same sex. And apparently God found this one to be important enough to be put on His list of unchanging laws. Being a Jew or Christian means accepting this. If you can't, it probably means you need a religion that believes in a god that whatever he may find objectionable actually changes with the times, is capricious and unreliable and whose word cannot be trusted or relied upon after all -and that whatever MAN says that god must accept rules instead, huh. Let me know how that works out for you, ok?

I think the article got it right when it said there was a "rush to hire". They'll work it out. When you suddenly hire thousands for a newly made up job, you get these kinds of people. They'll be prosecuted, as they should, and standards will be raised and they will be able to spot these kinds of people earlier in the process.
