Ann Coulter: We're all Bigots Now!

You give them too much credit. Aside from a badly diluted version of the health care reform Obama was seeking they only succeeded in showing America that they didn't need republicans to stall.

You mean people who hated the version of government health care takeover they got would have loved it if Democrats gave them the full brunt of what they really wanted to pass?

You are just full of rhetorical questions, aren'tcha?

Well it's a lot better than what YOU are full of!

Since I'm neither liberal, nor sore, nor a loser, I'll put it down to your arrogance that you believe this is anything more than a quirk of history. This Teabagger movement only gained momentum due to the failings of Democrats, and not due to any love for the Republicans. Swinging the electorate back to the same is not a recipe of success, which is why things will not be pretty in 2 years time for the directionless Republicans.

sore assed loser. The Tea Party kicked your ugly ass.

actually the tea party cost your sorry asses the senate.

Because Harry Reid would have laid down and died for Sue Lowden, crone? Obama and Biden would not have campaigned against Castle?

Bwahahaaa!

Oh really??? Who cost who?

Obama lost the governnorships, the House, the legislatures that will determine districts, and three gay marriage judges.

Plus those left in the Senate like Sherrod Brown have to know, they are just two years from losing thier job, if they continue to ride with Obama (considering Brown is the only Democrat left in Ohio office at the moment, the rest have lost their jobs, including Big Ted Strickland!)

The Tea Party cost us?

You have to be joking!

That's like the Germans surrendering after D-Day and saying because of the Russians, the Americans didn't take all of Berlin. Kind of beside the point, considering how completely the Germans lost.

Same thing goes here. We didn't take the entire pie but we took enough of it, the Democrats KNOW they got their butts handed to them.

You can comfort yourself with saying we didn't get all of Berlin, but the surviving Democrats are still looking at the smoldering ruins of what was absolute power, and trying to figure out where to go from here.

Only a liberal would be dumb enough to say that the Tea Party only gained momentum because of Democrats' "failings". They gained so much support and momentum because Democrats were successful with their progressive agenda.

No. Shitty tangent on your part.

Neither. The Dems simply couldn't shoot themselves in the foot badly enough to give the Senate away, as hard as they tried. The only thing the Tea Party is is a brand name for all the anti-Democrat fervor that has been brewing. They have no real identity, only a collective of people from the mid-right to the batshit right, and as should be expected, the batshit ones still couldn't make it (though that was pretty frightening with Sharon Angle).

A commitment to a Constitutional Republic is batshit?

The comment above demonstrates, Willow, you are merely a sorehead. The Tea Party woke up America, and that's good. We have not seen yet whether the GOP and the TP can work together, compromise where necessary, force out the corporatists (the TP is populist), and come up with a comprehensive, reasonable platform for the the next decade. The Democrats are not trembling yet, but hoping the conservatives, the far right, and the reactionaries are going to blow themselves up. Time well tell.

Care to break down the catch phrase and tell me how Sharon Angle would have stood for "a Constitutional Republic?" Also care to tell me how simply opposing everything Obama is doing, which is almost exactly what Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell stated was the GOP's goal, would translate to creating or supporting a "Constitutional Republic?"

Harry Reid was helping Barack Obama disembowel it.

Obama has no regard for the limited government the Constitution spells out, hence Obama has no regard for the Constitution.

For now, simply opposing everything Obama wants is the first step.

Okay that just prove you ARE a liberal and you don't get it. And since you ARE a liberal and DON'T get it, you spin;

The Tea Party movement isn't about the Republican party. Liberals that think that are as blinded by their paranoia of Republicans as they are by their hatred of Bush.

If it was about the Republicans the Republicans would have won in 2006 and 2008, because the same people now in the Tea Party voted for Democrats in 06 and 08?

You ever think about that?

No, of course you didn't. You never thought at all. You just jerked your knee and spewed the usual liberal contempt for anyone that doesn't vote their way.

And trust me, IF the Republicans compromise with the Democrats as they did when they were in power before, they will be just as gone as the Democrats are now.

This is not a pro-Republican movement. It's an anti-Washington Insider movement. We are sick and tired of ALL OF THEM

The Republicans are on probation right now. They do good and hold fast against Obama, fine!

They screw up and start the Washington Insider backroom deals they will be just as gone as Phil Hare, and a new party, a conservative party will be on the scene. Mark my words.

Like Sharon Angle and Joe Miller were going to win? Like the Senate was going Republican? Like Sarah is not only going to the GOP candidate but our next president?

You are not a conservative. You are a wack reactionary who think you can take over the GOP. You can't: you are not strong enough, you don't have the influence, you don't have the money, and you won't be able to seriously damage the GOP.

Before you run your mouth again, girl, go take up some stuff on 1896, 1946, 1954, and 1994. You have no idea, literally, of what you are talking about.

Hmm it goes with most people thinking how they are is "normal" and projecting their problems on everyone?

Your analysis is simply trite and wrong, Revere. For instance, here is an example: all of the presidents are temporary occupants of the White House.

Gore would have made Bill Secretary of State. That is mind boggling. He would have GWB a sniper rifle and sent him hunting Osama bin Ladin. Bush would have outsourced guide service to Halliburton, and Dick Cheney would have been on point.

And the Republicans have had such a stellar record of reducing government, and therefore they were re-elected for that goal.
