I live in the United States of America, the wealthiest first world country, as well as the wealthiest country the world has ever seen.

I can afford 1 of most of Sony's product lines, 1 Nissan, and LG appliances...
I can afford JC Penney and Sears, and some Dillard's stuff.

I Can't cure the ills of the world, I can only go about my business and that's what I intend to do...

And I don't see how the boxes in which Playstation 3 and 4, and Nintendo Wii, and X Box 360 and X Box One, and Sony Bravia TVs etc etc...
Should come with pictures of 3rd world poverty and what it looks like.

By doing that, first of all it wouldn't do anything to help the 3rd world, and it could totally and negatively fuck up the economy by having less cash flow in it.... and create more poverty in the process.

Other countries are not my responsibility.

Other kids in Philadelphia are not my responsibility either.... I pay the taxes that I owe.... that's what I owe, and in this free society, I also have a say in how much I owe... just as you do.

And a guilt trip over being a success (to any westernized standard), isn't something that the government should be in the business of.
Its not my job to go without, because somebody else don't have.
