An Athiest Student as she has claimed, brings a lawsuit with the help of the ACLU?

How is it that an open religious display when found in the public square, is somehow forcing something upon an individual against their free will to choose freely in America either to view it or not view it ? Why is it that when we see all kinds of other displays of art in this nation ( and I mean some weird and disgusting art along with some other terrible stuff to be considered as even being art or the expression there of, (all depending upon where you are in America), somehow being protected as art and expression in those instances, but not in another?

Now we have seen in many situations where art and it's message of expression as agreed upon by a minority, (yet is opposed by the majority upon many occasions), still remains in the public square for all to see, but when we display a religious banner in the public square as agreed upon by a majority, but then it is somehow offensive for just "one" who is in a minority as being only one, it is then ordered by whom to be taken down against the majorities will?

This is because of just "one" being offended or is that really what is going on when stuff like this happens ? Otherwise is the "one" who is (IMHO) being used by a silent minority in such a case truly offended, or is it that a powerful minority group is behind the scenes using the "one", in order to just break the nation down one more step by way of this "one" supposed authentic complaintant, who is gullable enough to work for this powerful hungry minority, without even realizing what is going on actually against the nation as a whole in all of this stuff when it now happens ?

I believe the standard is that if you display one, you have to display all. Since most communities will not tolerate religious displays from those heathen religions they choose to display none

It may be that they (the Christians) should go for it (allow it all), having next the strength in thier belief that they would ultimately prevail in a forced vote afterwards, where as due to all the complaints that would come from allowing it all, a vote would then be needed to show where the true majority is at upon such issues, but who would surpress that vote, especially once this bad was being found in a direct competition on that wall with the good? I know who would, and that is exactly why they like things going just the way that they are so cleverly, in which is working just fine in the ways that things are going right now in America.

The Christians need to stand firm on their faith, and maybe allow or say "OK mr.government", lets allow this anything goes for a while mentality to take place finally in America, so that when the people truly identify themselves once again as a majority in this nation who won't tolerate such idiotic non-sense anymore, and they do rebell against such non-sense as to be openly allowed against their families, their children etc. then the blowback will finally come upon the government by the citizens, who will have to take heed of the peoples majority will and voice once more in America, where as the government at that point would have to quit serving the special interest of groups and their wanting to subvert the will of the majority as they have been doing for so long, and this by the usage of a corrupt governement just like it still is now.

Rise up America as Americans, and quit allowing your nation to be torn into shreds by what you have been seeing and experiencing for the last 30 or 40 years like this, where it is that you have been surpressed and have no longer had a say in. It's time people, infact is past time.. Get to the voting booth, and then expect results afterwards.

That is your opinion that it is unconstitutional and most certainly not supported by original intent. Furthermore, the Lemon Test has been criticized by many SCOTUS justice since the Burger Court, which was an incredibly activist court that fabricated rights that are not written in the Constitution (ie. Roe v Wade, and I happen to be pro-choice, just so you know)

If that were the case, any public area that has no religious symbols would be considered a pro-atheist area. An atheist is not pushing his beliefs in those areas. People have a right to not be subjected to others religious beliefs in a school environment

How is it forcing a belief on her? She has every right to look away, while another has every right to enjoy the view. I heard on the news today, about a teen who is 16 years old, and for whom had somehow teamed up with the ACLU against her school by way of a lawsuit, because the school had a banner that had religious words upon it, in which was displayed for all to read in the school I'm guessing.

Now this is what rubs me wrong with cases like this, where as you have this gullable teen and the ACLU, along with an idiot judge, for whom I think does not take at all into consideration, the very democracy for which we all try to live with and live for in this nation, where as lets say that the school in a whopping 99% wanted the banner to fly in that specific school over the 1% that didnot want it to fly, and where as what if the parents of the children wanted that banner to fly also, yet you have "ONE", and her accomplices for money representing her in an evil mean spirited way, overiding the school, it's majority in staff, and it's majority in students, for whom want the banner to stay, along with the parents well wishes also in the situation, to then somehow override and kill the will and the rights of the people & students in a majority, and this be it the whole lot of them, by way of "ONE" who had a problem with it ????????
