Looks like her destiny was judgment -- shortly before Assyrian conquest with Amos and shortly before Babylonian conquest with Zephaniah.

I think that's a fools game to try to argue that. It's one thing to say certain behaviors will lead to certain outcomes. It's an entirely different matter to say certain things will happen to a certain people or country. I think you are reading too much into it.
