When I worked at TGI Friday's all the ladies would order a cajun fried chicken salad, thinking because it had the name "salad" in it, that it was low calorie and healthy. We called it the "Heart Attack Salad." It came with about a cup of hot bacon mustard dressing on the side.

    I love Macaroni Grill:

Do what suggestion - whole wheat noodles with tomato sauce or you can do the skinny chicken (grilled chicken and vegs) something like 350 Cal and 4 grams of fats and it honestly tastes great!

Upset to see Outback and Chevy's on the list, I love those places.

I think this thread is better titled

"Where you can break that starvation diet!!"

I have a wonderful idea!! Start up a restaurant called "Diet Breakers"with mission goal "the place that strives for richer and fattier foods!!"

I think Micky' D's just does well based on microscopic portion size.

My big sin is Sherrie's a North West only chain that does hero size portions of chicken fried steak. And the milkshakes come in very large glasses.

I am glad to see lots of places are offering fruit as a substitute for Fries. Subway is very good about this, but I still eat the cookies rather than the fruit. Bad me.

No way any rational person should go into Wendy's or Carl's. Coronary castles both of them.

Wow, you sure have a lot of unhealthy restaurants. The only thing of any of those I've ever seen around here is a Denny's, and it is "fucking delicious" as someone else said. Too bad's on the other side of town, I could really go for a 116-gram piece of fat burger right about... now.

Chain restaurants are okay if you don't mind bland corporate food.
