The American nightmare economic situation can be corrected. Years of budget deficeit can be turned into surpluses. Unemployment can be reduced.
The American Dollar can regain its full value.

America must first realize that it has to raise taxes, and reduce waste full
spending. Once this is done America can realize a better overall economic outlook. There are many areas where the government can cut back, and new
areas where they can gain revenue from.

American must first switch to ethanol fuel. The Billions we will save from not importing foreign oil can be sent to the U.S. treasury.

America must also implement a universal Water Tax on all Americans
that are employed or receiving any type of government benefits.

Raising taxes, no. Stop wasteful spending, yes. End the war on terror, bring all the troops home. Stop printing fiat money, return to sound currency. Let the free market stabilize itself.

A national sales tax to totally replace the entire income tax code would do wonders.
