"A lawsuit filed today by Attorney General Bill Schuette seeks to shut down a Delta Township abortion clinic that last year received publicity after an anti-abortion activist found aborted fetuses in the clinic’s trash receptacle.
The lawsuit, filed in Eaton County Circuit Court, seeks to permanently dissolve Health Care Clinic and an affiliated facility in Saginaw, Women’s Choice Clinic.

The action comes as a result of an investigation by the Attorney General’s Office into allegations of improper disposal of medical records. "

So...one wonders...if none of them keep records, how can the pro-abortionists support their claims that the majority of the work done by PP is women's health?

Or that the majority of abortions are first trimester?

Or that women aren't being handled like meat, rapes aren't being reported, and mandatory reporting isn't taking place in the case of underage girls who are knocked up?
