"An abortion clinic has been banned from conducting abortions and the center's license has been suspended because it did not have a backup physician as required by the state, health officials announced Tuesday.
The Alabama Department of Public Health issued an emergency suspension order against Reproductive Health Services on Monday, saying it failed to have its regular doctor backed up by a physician with admitting privileges at a local hospital. The department said that "constitutes a danger to public health and welfare."

Way to serve those minorities!

"

after an investigation found numerous violations, including abortions being performed without a doctor's presence.
The closings of Summit and Reproductive Health leaves Alabama with eight abortion clinics, including one other clinic in Montgomery".

State health department shuts down abortion clinic

Michigan abortion clinics to be shut down for not keeping records:

"Schuette asks state health officials to review evidence suggesting improper records disposal and that at least half of procedures performed at the clinics were abortions. Schuette says the second would put the clinics under more stringent regulations"

Note that half the procedures were abortions. So much for Sky's screeching "3 percent". The whole problem with not keeping accurate records is that when people say things like there, there's absolutely no corroborating evidence. The evidence that exists is inaccurate.

Question...Are you anti-abortion or prolife? There is a differnce.
Question...Are you a fiscal conservative or a religious conservative, or something else?
Question...In your opinion is there ever a good reason for an abortion?

I'm trying to find out why you believe what you do about abortion.

Do you usually post things not wanting to debate them? or discuss them? as a suggestion for next time, try placing at the end of your posts, "no need to reply" it will save alot of time.
