Advocate for Charlotte transgender on bathrooms law is sex offender

Charlotte, The Queen City, has been called The Queer City as long as I can remember. That's a fact, Jack.

“No one who is a convicted sex offender should be leading a campaign to allow men to be in women’s bathrooms and showers,” she said. “It’s just common sense.”

Common sense would dictate that men shouldn't be allowed in women's bathrooms and showers regardless of whose idea it is.

But it certainly stands to reason that a predatory sex offender would tend to be much more likely to favor such an idea than would someone who is not a sex offender.

Hmmm...Is Rachael Maddow going to cover this scoop too? Or is she too busy targeting yet another governor (elected for his views by the tens of millions) to destroy democracy from her bully pulpit?

Chad Sevearance-Turner had been the president of the chamber, which supported the newly expanded ordinance that gives legal protection for gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender individuals.Sevearance-Turner was arrested in 1998, when he was 20, and charged in Cherokee County, S.C., with a “lewd act, committing or attempting a lewd act upon a child under 16.”...A 2000 story in the Spartanburg Herald-Journal said Sevearance-Turner had been a youth minister at a church in Gaffney. A jury there found him guilty of fondling a 15-year-old teenage church member while the boy slept. LGBT Chamber president steps down after criticism of his sex-offender status

Rachael? ....this is a sex scandal of a prominent person...?....Raaaaaaaaaaaachael? Where are yooooooooooooooou? This sounds a lot like the Duggar scandal which I believe the Maddow Show covered. Hmm..
