If a judge has to question if he has jurisdiction, he probably doesn't. Another federal judge signed the deportation order, this guy is not a court of appeals, so I would say he has no jurisdiction.

If President Trump doesn't already have Iraq on his Immigration Ban list, he should automatically add Iraq, these things can be done retroactively. Whoever is the American President has the authority to say who can and cannot stay and/or enter the American nation, also the American State Department can deport whoever they want on the grounds of National Security and also deny a Visa to anyone on the grounds of National Security.

It's great we have early elections, Sebastian Kurz is the man, I love him, I will vote ÖVP now that Sebastian is leader. This is October 15 our elections.

The situation is, that as he's our most popular politician and now that the spineless Cuck Reinhold Mitterlehner is out of the arena, the ÖVP will win the most seats, we never have one party getting across 50% and so we always have Grand Coalitions. There is no way Sebastian is going into a Coalition with the SPÖ. He when he became the leader of the ÖVP, literally the next day he said he wanted an early election, that Grand Coalition needed to go.

So Sebastian shares very many of our (FPÖ) political positions, another Grand Coalition of ÖVP-FPÖ is on the card, it will be the third occasion the FPÖ have been in the Grand Coalition (1983-1987 SPÖ-FPÖ coalition, 2000-2007 ÖVP-FPÖ coalition)

The Turks, yes this is the NBZ, they won't get anywhere, they won't even get 1%, they will get no seats, to win ONE seat you have to get 4% they are wasting their time, even their leader from Ankara called Adnan Dincer says they are not going to achieve anything.

If you read the article, Iraq was removed from the list after agreeing to take deportees, they were previously refusing to do so.

Also a number of these people may face religious persecution if they return. Claims like these should be investigated thoroughly because if we send them back and they are persecuted, we are morally responsible. We have always have always allowed Cubans to stay here if they escape Cuba. Plus some of these people were brought here as children. It would be wrong to send them back now.
