College records ARE public. College's may have different rules on how you can get them, some on line, some may charge, but they are NOT private. There are many employers that will verify a person's college degree by contacting the registrar for that college. If a person is looking for a job, and say they have such and such degree, many employers are going to check this out.

All recent presidential candidates have released their academic records, EXCEPT Barry. On both sides, they were poured over by critics, mocked, and discussed extensively.

We are told endlessly that Barry is "brilliant," and words of similar tenor, and yet nothing has been produced to back that up. No one will claim he is a dummy under any circumstances, but the records will undoubtedly reveal that his academic accolades (Magna cum laude, Editor of Law Review) were not awarded on merit, but rather based on intangibles, including his "interesting" racial background. Quite likely, he never would have gotten into Columbia or Harvard had he not been able to claim "minority" status.

As he has reminded us on other occasions (regarding the Bush43 Administration's secrecy policies), if something is being hidden, there must be a reason for it.

When the facts are examined closely, his claims of being "Black," "Christian," and a genius are all rather "soft."
