A California drivers licence for anyone undocumented or from a foreign nation, has a separate process to go through to get a license, with A special documentation process and can not get a driver's licence by simply standing in the line for citizens at the DMV.....they must make an appointment for their licences.....AND MOST importantly, are not automatically registered to vote....as With citizens.

Hillary Clinton’s top campaign lawyer is behind a multi-state push challenging voter identification laws implemented in recent years, efforts that are expected to reach numerous other states ahead of the 2016 elections.

Marc Elias, a top campaign lawyer for Hillary Clinton and a partner at the Washington, D.C., law firm Perkins Coie, has filed lawsuits in three states thus far. The nationwide campaign is being fueled with money from the liberal billionaire George Soros.

Elias first began exploring the possible challenges back in January 2014. Soros then became involved, vowing to throw his weight behind the effort in collaboration with Elias.

"We hope to see these unfair laws, which often disproportionately affect the most vulnerable in our society, repealed," Soros told the New York Times.

California does not require proof of ID at the time you vote. They ask you your name and address. That's it. If your name is on the list (the one where you "attest" you are legal) and your address matches the one you used to register, you vote.

California requires proof of presence in order to get registered to vote. You've been shown this any denying it or acting stupid (assuming you're acting) to avoid accepting it is not going to save you.

Proof of "presence" is not ID. Try boarding an airplane with "presence"...

Ask her about our new Motor Voter law that kicks in in April.

Go to the DMV site for California, follow the links for non citizens wanting to get a driver's licence ....it explains the process for them, and documentation needed...... the US Real I'D act initiated after 9/11 that all states must abide by, also forces states to give different drivers licences to non citizens, with restrictions tied to them....like not being able to vote......

Then you should do as I did and call DMV in Sacramento and have them explain the program and the process. Where you are getting your information is not serving you well.

That law is in complete Conflict with Federal Law.

An Illegal cannot have any kind of license, papers, instruments of identification authorizing him to do anything at all.
