Well, let's check this out. A road, filled with cars. On one side, ocean spraying it all day, the other side, houses that were burned by "wildfire..." got that...

Maui fire: 96 killed as governor warns of 'significant' death toll rise ...

Maui Fire Update: Death Toll Rises as Efforts to Fight Blazes Continue

Heat is supposed to rise, actually, not go down and sideways. You see here cars on pavement with tires melted, dash melted, paint stripped off. The "wildfire" was not under the pavement. It was actually 20 feet to the other side, same altitude. To believe "wildfire" did this is to not understand this...

Tires melt around 1100 degrees Fahrenheit.

Now, hopefully CHRIS WRAY can explain to the AMERICAN PEOPLE how this PAVEMENT being sprayed by ocean on one side got to at least 1100F via a burning building 20 feet to the other side.....

So much for scientific analysis. I've been on that road and did not even have to use wipers on the windshield or put up the top on the rented Camaro. You will have to do better than that, if calling your thread OP scientific.

Ever stand 20 feet away from a truly massive fire?

There are three ways heat moves, conductive, convective and radiant. Conductive is the movement of heat through a solid with the transfer of energy from molecule to molecule and is why the handle of an iron poker left in a fire gets hot. Convective is the movement of gasses that rise when they get hot and is why chimneys always open up. Radiant is radiation in the infrared portion of the electromagnetic spectrum and is why you can't stand close to a very hot fire. It is also why this road is melted and the cars are torched. They simply got hot, very hot, from that fire that was very close to them. Sorry, there may have been some things going on, but this is not proof of them.

It's called "orographic lifting" ... the rain shadow effect ... visit Nevada, that's outside the desert belt, but the Sierra Nevada's literally block the rain ... same with dry-side climates in Hawai'i ...

The wind was blowing Off Shore.... the fire spread so fast people were forced to evacuate their cars and dive into the ocean....
Keep in mind islands don't gradually get deeper as you walk further into the water... it drops off suddenly so they couldn't stand on the ocean floor they had to tread water for hours...
Some homes in the burn area survived because they were landscaped and didn't have native weeds growing around the homes and buildings....
Once again tree huggers kill people with wildfires....

Fire causes a draft of oxygen that follows it.
When the temp goes up, the wind picks up. It produces a firebomb when you open a window in a building or room. The fresh air rushes into where the fire is. It's called a backdraft.
All it took was a 20-30 knot wind behind it, and a few strategically set thermite bombs, and you quickly have a conflagration. On the outskirts of Lahaina you can see burnt out cars with pools of melted aluminum and magnesium trailing toward the town. A perfect indication that the cars were the source of the fires.
The car graveyard is more to do with criminal cops refusing to allow proper evacuation.
They have the area completely fenced off and won't allow the press to take videos and pictures of the crime scene.

... Once again tree huggers kill people with wildfires....

What trees? ... this is dry-side agriculture abandoned to weeds ... while watching the video of the urban areas, look at the top of the frame and see the rural areas ... no trees ... it's all dry-side agriculture ...

I'm guessing Maui Electric has been skimming maintenance funds to pay dividends ... and it took a hurricane to expose this ... it's a good chance to "build back better" ...

NONE of these "explanations" above comes close to explaining what is in the images.

The burning building next to the road burns max 400-500F. That heat escapes UP into air. Wind did not blow it under the pavement.

How did that pavement get to 1100F?

This is even more ridiculous than claiming the 600F burning jet fuel caused a river of 2200F molten steel to pour out of the South Tower.

Again, have you ever stood 20 feet away from a truly massive, hot fire? Do you deny radiant heat exists?

From this example, you might get that pavement to 120F max... That leaves your explanation almost 1000F short....

You can get pavement to 120F on a hot summer day. Ever see an egg being fried on a sidewalk?

Honolulu had not gotten to 90F all year when Maui fire hit. Most of the Hawaii 2023 summer, the high of the day was UNDER 85F.

This particular road is sprayed by ocean waves all day. Those are ocean waves crashing right next to it...

Irrelevant. There was a massive fire 20 feet away. You have no idea how hot that pavement could have been after being exposed to that for long periods of time. You claim 120F, show me your source.

LOL!!

How hot was the fire on the other side of the street?

I do not know (and neither do you), but I do know that radiation will transfer energy from one object to another and will increase the temperature of the second object until it reaches equilibrium between radiant energy being absorbed (heating up) and energy being conducted away (cooling down), which happens slower. This is why you can fry an egg on black pavement on a sunny day when the air temperature is only 95F or so. Black pavement absorbs radiation instead of reflecting it and warms up. Seriously, were you absent when they went over this in physics class?

There may have been deliberate causes to the fire, but this is not proof.

LOLLOLL EMH trying to convince everyone his conspiracy theory is real.

He's been doing this for weeks in various threads.

It's one thing to allege a conspiracy, quite another to ignore basic science to claim there's proof.

It is truly telling how the Left/Dems here are completely complacent with lying about deliberate intentional mass murder of Hawaiian people.

You are 1000F short explaining the melting of tires...

which is less than the 1600F you are short explaining the river of molten steel from the South Tower...
