Lass yeer u couildn't speel engoneer......now u ar won.

It will boil down to approved protests that will include sanctioned violence against political enemies and disapproves protests that will be called insurrections.
this was insurrection they through rocks and the cops

Nevertheless, Doe sued Mckesson, claiming that, as the organizer of the protest where this injury occurred, Mckesson should be liable for the illegal action of an unidentified protest attendee.

This is no different than the hyper-partisan, bigoted left wanting to hold Smith and Wesson liable for crimes committed with their firearms.
Maybe they will finally see the light?

 - right?

The first amendment of the U.S. Constitution, which is the first in the first ten amendments to the Constitution which are what is called our Bill of Rights and what addresses the right of the people to "peacefully" assemble to promote and defend their shared or collective ideas and as nowhere in the Constitution does it include a right to commit violence to promote your ideas, there can be and are laws against violence in protesting.

Unfortunately the definition of violence has morphed over time to include a simple difference of opinion.

No matter how much they want to, MAGA and BLM and antifa will get bopped when the get violent.

If you go to a MAGA rally/protest, you will find them actually quite friendly. The same can't be said of the Marxist Antifa/BLM gatherings. The January 6th protest was an aberration, egged on by some considered by Leftist infiltrators.

MAGA rallies forcibly remove anyone who has the slightest hint may disagree with them.

So yeah, theyre peaceful because they’re ideologically purified.
