Hardly.

The Creature is afraid to leave Mattis in office for the next couple of months.

Mattis has been garnering kudos and heartfelt thanks from a vast percentage of the American People.

Throwing the job back in The Creature's face like that - going out with grace, class and style.

I wouldn't be surprised to see Congress vote him the Congressional Gold Medal sometime soon.
