80% of the Letitia James case for "Fraud" was tossed....statute of limitations

Is this an indication that the democrat's "lawfare" against Trump will fail?

And? Wha happens if you get fined for illegal dumping and refuse to pay the fine? Does the DA file a civil law suit against you?

As someone that works in HR/Payroll I can tell you how it works on our area, given that you would be issued a ticket for illegal dumbing. You can choose to pay the standard fine which is on the ticket or you can request a court date. If you request the court date and are found guilty, it moves from a simple ticket to a court ordered fine.

Once the fine is issued by the court. You will be provided a notice of the fine and associated court costs and given a standard amount of time to pay.

If the individual refuses to pay the city/county has various options to include:
  • Turning it over to a collections agency. (Rare around here.)
  • Issuing a wage garnishment order by court order which is then presented to your employer and the fine is deducted from wages until paid off.
  • Issuing a tax lean so that any monies which may be due from income tax returns are not paid to the individual but are paid to the lean party.
  • Issuing a property lean meaning the property (car or home) cannot be sold without clearing the lean.
  • Finally issuing an order to seize property to be sold. The lean (and all associated costs and interest) are then deducted from the sale revenue and any excess returned to the violator.

The judge is apparently changing his mind, since no one was a victim.
Bahahaha! You just keep hold onto that pathetic delusion of dumbfukery. Might want to start thinking of how you want to pretend l’il Cheeto and his in-American cult of retards are winners when you lose this

Trump just left the court house praising the judge for being fair, since he just tossed 80% of Latitia James' case.
The democrat's "prosecutorial misconduct" exposed.

Hilarious

And false

A property may be assessed at only a percentage of its value, but that value and the value stated to banks should be in the same ballpark.

Exactly what I said. You pointed to standards that were applied to Trump and no one else.

1) That value was never the tax assessed value, which is way low, other than Trump
2) No one before Trump was charged without defaulting on the loan
3) A myriad of tax lawyers and accountants were involved. Your belief Trump was alone in his basement is just so dishonest, so you

What is it like being a one party tyrant?

First, you don't know what "above the law" means, dumb ass.

And you hit the second problem, there was no law broken. They created a new standard for Trump arguing the value of a property is it's tax assessed value, which is always way below the market value. There is also a team of people on both sides, hardly Trump alone in a back room. His assessed values were below market value. Again, they made up the standard of tax assessment, that is not in the law

Awwww, bodecea

:eusa_boohoo:

You do have a kick ass Trump icon though, you go girl
