80% of the Letitia James case for "Fraud" was tossed....statute of limitations

Is this an indication that the democrat's "lawfare" against Trump will fail?

Poor retard. Have to resort to Nazi references. Weren't you pleased with the judge's decision to limit the case?

But now, suddenly, he is a Nazi? :laughing0301: :auiqs.jpg:

No, you are an authoritarian dipshit. My refernce was to you.

Maybe you are more of Beria.

Of course there are civil crimes, those with high fines like illegal dumping, for example.

Wordplay. Generally crimes are punished by criminal courts via CONVICTION for violations of criminal law.

Civil VIOLATIONS are punished via JUDGEMENTS in a CIVIL court.

Generally? So, only when it’s to your advantage? I don’t accept your definition, as long as people trying to feed their families are labeled criminals for simply crossing an imaginary line.

Trump just left the court house praising the judge for being fair, since he just tossed 80% of Latitia James' case.
The democrat's "prosecutorial misconduct" exposed.

What Trump didn't factor in, was that the judge is applying another legal principle.

Statute Of Limitations, The Continuing Wrong Doctrine

There are exceptions to the foregoing rules. One exception is the continuing wrong doctrine.

Under the doctrine, “where there is a series of continuing wrongs,” the statute of limitations will be tolled to the last date on which a wrongful act is committed. Henry v. Bank of Am., 147 A.D.3d 599, 601 (1st Dept. 2017). If the continuing wrong doctrine applies, it “will save all claims for recovery of damages but only to the extent of wrongs committed within the applicable statute of limitations.”

The application of the continuing wrong doctrine must “be predicated on continuing unlawful acts and not on the continuing effects of earlier unlawful conduct.” Id. It therefore distinguishes “between a single wrong that has continuing effects and a series of independent, distinct wrongs.”

Sure, retard. It was so much fun to cheer on your orange fuhrer when he led you in that chant... "LOCK. HER. UP". Remember that? Good days, right?

Not so good when your fuhrer is the one looking hard at a jail sentence. :auiqs.jpg:

And the irony is that Hillary was looking at misdemeanor charges for mishandling classified documents. So Trump had the law changed to a felony. So Trump actually made himself subject to a harsher penalty than Hillary faced.

Yeah, you can't make this shit up. It is on par with not requesting a jury trial and then complaining he didn't get a jury trial!!

This is what passes for leadership for the trumptards.

Or demanding that a full House vote be held before an impeachment inquiry, then calling one on Biden without a vote!

And? Ooooh A FUCKING CHANT

Because Dems love themselves some lawfare.

That is the definition, not my definition. You don't get to create your own wibble reality, snowflake.

The Truth of Donald Trump's New York Fraud Case REVEALED

QUOTE:
Former President Donald Trump left the New York courtroom at the end of Monday's proceedings praising Judge Arthur Engoron for what he called an "outstanding" last five minutes that, according to Trump, fell in his favor. "That last five minutes was outstanding because the judge essentially conceded that they statute of limitations that we won at the court of appeals is in effect. Therefore, about 80% of the case is over," Trump told reporters after exiting the court.

OP COMMENT: It is a fact that all these charges are bogus, the trials are rigged, and it is all election interference. The real question is, why so many democrats are choosing the lies and the hate and placing party over country?

In case you have your head so far up your ass that you missed it, many if not all of the witnesses for the prosecution-especially in the Jan 6 related charges ARE REPUBLICANS. That in itself destroys your pathetic premis that the Democrats have fabricated charges against him
