I found one like that and posted it earlier with a $33/mo premium, but I also found one by the same company (under your $100 threshold) for $81/mo, 2,500 deductible, with maximum annual out of pocket (MOOP) of $3,000, all 10% co-pays for office visits and all medical services, but those co-pays required only BEFORE the $2,500 deductible is met. No primary Care Physician is required to see a specialist. In this $81/mo policy there is prescription drug coverage with all generic drugs with a $10 co-pay and brand name drugs with a $50 co-pay; these co-pays stay after the deductible is met.I checked out some around $100/mo ins a couple of years ago.
$5,000 annual deductable.
No Dr office visit coverage
No presc coverage
80% coverage on hospitals, surgery, etc after you pay 5,000 deductable.

Possibly true a few years ago...if you're young enough.
Basically you're not really insured for much of anything, but it is a kind of insurance, I suppose.
Few of us would qualify for such a plan, of course.
Perish the thought that someone receiving a service even partially pay for it!I checked out some around $100/mo ins a couple of years ago.

I read elsewhere here that it would cost $42 a month for a single person to get health insurance.
That is less than a quarter of what I pay for a family of four with no dental, eye, or prescription coverage.
And I'm expected to be sympathetic.
Well, guess what? I'm not.
No way 42 per month. I need to see the ad. It is either a scam or a political faker. The cheapest I have seen for individual insurance was 20 years ago, and that was $150, and that was before a bunch of goofy mandates jacked the price way up.
Exactly.............EXCEPT FOR THOSE PEOPLE in D.C. Didn't I read somewhere that those 'evil politicians' can have top of the line coverage for about $500/year, $41.66/mo,! And then they exempt themselves from being tossed in the 'slaughter house health care plan' that is law now, and will manifest into who knows what along with increased costs far from the initial costs already in the trillions. That's got to be where the so called $42/mo came from.
They are SCREWING us folks, and we will LOVE IT or else, Obama and his goons say so, in so many words.
. Why, if the Health care BILL is so good for US, is it NOT GOOD ENOUGH FOR THEM?

The bill specifically states member of Congress can only have policies "created under this Act (or an amendment made by this Act); or offered through an Exchange established under this Act (or an amendment made by this Act)."
