Phoenix, Arizona – Three illegal aliens were arrested they “were part of a crew in the Vekol Valley near Casa Grande, Az. (on the border) involved in using firearms to rob drug couriers carrying marijuana in the desert."
The illegal aliens arrested:
Luis Enrique Lizarraga-Ayala, 22
Octavio Rivera-Mendez, 36, previously deported
Juan Carlos Casas-Pacheco, 22, previously deported
All the Mexican Nationals have been indicted for conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute marijuana, use of a firearm in the furtherance of a drug trafficking offense and unlawful possession of a firearm and ammunition.
