21st amendment illegal

Children. This is another proof of why you need to stay in school. Among other things you might learn is the process of Amending the US Constitution.

Those of us who do know laugh at the assertions made by the OP. The Amendment Process is one of those things the President has no authority over. It passes or fails regardless of the feelings or desires of the President. Oh he can give speeches and such. But in the end it is based upon the desires of Congress and the States.

So stay and school and read as many books as you can. The brain is a wonderful thing. Like a muscle. It get stronger the more you use it.

The constitution is the HIGHEST law of the land. An amendment cannot be "illegal".

A law can be unconstitutional...but not the other way around.
If an Amendment is not properly ratified, as some say is the case with the 16th Amendment, it would be invalid, null and void.

Kinda like if an election is not properly conducted and certified, it too would be null and void. If federal (or state) documents are incorrectly completed they too are null and void.

If you walk into a government office with your application incorrectly filled out, or not notarized, you would be turned away because your paperwork was incorrect.

The 21st amendment was under pressure from the totalitarian criminal regime FDR. Laws written by criminals have no legal force. Prohibition has not been repealed.
Did your high school stop teaching Civics when you were there? As long as a Constitutional Amendment is Ratified by Congress, it's legal and in force. The Supreme Court should judge all cases based upon the Constitution only. They have no authority to overturn the Constitution because of this. No one can except if another country, a coup within our country or God takes over power from our government.

Yes...that is correct.

It's hard for me to imagine there isn't rock solid evidence of such a thing. Either it was ratified by two-thirds of the states or it wasn't.
The Powers That Be have many ways to cover things up, even a century ago.
