Start planting more trees and bamboo forests if you want to limit CO2... your going to have to wait a hundred years for EV's to make a difference if any at all because right now they are being charged by coal burning plants and Chinas EV production is only putting more CO2 out there ..than you believe all the solar panels and windmills are removing...
we would have been better off simply making gasoline vehicles more efficient.. which we already have done. Hybrids are more effective as they dont need to be externally charged.
