Kolchak: The Night Stalker

Kolchak was great. Still shown weekly on TV, but it wasn't a sitcom. That was a horror drama, though Kolchak's time in the office with his boss Tony was often comical.

One of the great things about streaming TV is that you can watch old TV shows in high definition.
Most of those shows where done on film, then transferred to video tape, then broadcasted.
They lost a lot of picture detail, especially with a fuzzy TV signal.

You can see a great many for free over the air. Most old shows went direct to digital.
